Vintage Parts' mission is to keep equipment moving.  From our headquarters in Beaver Dam, WI, we operate a series of warehouses that house service parts for cars, trucks, vans, over-the-road Semi’s, Construction and Agricultural equipment, airplanes, appliances, and even medical devices.

At Vintage Parts, we offer competitive hourly wages starting between $14.00 - $16.50 an hour for full-time positions.  We also have some part-time positions open if your situation does not allow for full-time.  We offer healthcare, dental, vacation benefits, and 401K plans.


Our company is split into two areas; Warehousing, where you work directly with the parts, and Administrative, where you work directly with the customers.

This salary position is responsible for setting the tone and direction for the company including the mentoring of new I.T. employees.

As the I.T. Manager, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Guide and set the tone for the employees of the team, including mentoring
  • Add additional resources as needed
  • Be the keeper of our technology
  • Work directly with our manufacturing partners and customers
  • Coordinate scheduled data transfers
  • Assist with Data Science Projects
  • Ensures Cyber Security and Data Security management measures are in place and supported before they become incidents/problems
  • Designs, develop, and tests code required to deliver desired functionality
  • Champion technical standards and processes; be accountable for technical outcomes
  • Support architecture initiatives
  • Support & participate in root cause analysis, debug, and resolution of complex functional issues and lead preventative recurrence initiatives
  • Follow ISO Standards





The Customer Service Specialist is an exciting position that interacts directly with our customers through our onsite call center, in online chat sessions, and by email.  To be successful in this fast-paced position, you’ll need to be quick at solving customer orders and opportunities while maintaining our world-class customer service.


More about the position and what we are looking for in a new team member:

  • The more education, the better is what this position needs starting with a High School diploma or equivalent with a preference for an associate’s degree or higher
  • The call center is open from 7 am to 7 pm. We are specifically looking for a 10:30a to 7p team member.  We are also looking for part-time to fill in between 9a and 3p, too.
  • Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service will go a long way in this role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and its programs-primarily Excel and Word.
  • Able to work well with others.
  • Willingness to work in other areas in the company for training purposes


Starting wage, depending on experience: $14.00 to $15.50

Getting the right part to the right place at the right time is what drives excellence in our operations team.  We are always looking for team members who understand that great customer service in operations makes a business hum.


We are always looking for the right employees that are looking for both full-time and part-time.


Full Time starting wages are $14.00 - $16.50 an hour depending on experience


Things that will help you succeed in these positions are:

High school degree or equivalent (Preferred)

Warehouse Experience: 1 year (Preferred)




  • Hours are flexible

  • Capable of lifting up to 51 pounds
  • Aerial platform experience required
  • Forklift experience required
  • Able to use a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) or Order Selector Forklift to locate the material in the narrow aisle warehouses

  • Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • Enjoy working under the pressure of a deadline
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Computer and general typing skills

  • Forklift experience required

  • Other material handling equipment preferred
  • Purging parts from warehouses and scrapping according to work instructions




  • Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

  • Judgment skills for choosing quality parts
  • Valid driver's license
  • Forklift experience preferred, but we will train

Part-Time Parts Photographer
Got an eye for taking pictures, this position is the cornerstone for sharing our in-stock parts with the world.  We are looking for someone that has the initiative to help us capture photos of the thousands of parts we stock.
